Costa Blanca Holiday Rentals

    View:
Spain holidays on the Costa Blanca feature a fine varied stretch of Mediterranean coastline and an attractive region of Spain with lush valleys, orange groves, colourful orchards, traditional whitewashed Moorish villages and picturesque terraced hills. The ultimate in luxury holidays on the Costa Blanca is surprisingly affordable when you rent a villa from .

We usually book up well in advance for our holidays on the Costa Blanca, but we booked this as surprise for our daughter who had recently passed her exams, so it was only booked 3 weeks before our arrival, but we had no need to worry, everything went through very smoothly. However, when we first started taking holidays on the Costa Blanca, we realised that when we like to take our holidays in Lamata (April and May), we never found any pools open, very good friends of ours that had good experiences of Lamata, explained that if you book a property for rent on Parque mar 5 in La Mata you can be guaranteed that the pool will be open, as it's open all year-round. The apartments will appeal to couples and families looking for simple, self contained accommodation in a popular area for holidays on the Costa Blanca.

Costa Blanca

benefit from the region's famously sunny mild climate and are particularly colourful in spring and autumn.

If you are looking for cheap and pleasant holidays in a calm place in Spain's Costa Blanca, this is for you.

Costa Blanca offers a microclimate as regarded by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest in the world with more than 300 days of unspoilt sunshine per year and an average annual temperature 24??.

Holidays to Costa Blanca ? Traditional beach resorts and charming villages Manageable traditional Costa Blanca beach resorts like Calpe, Moraira and El Portet offer excellent family holidays. Another popular Costa Blanca holiday option is the exclusive residential areas around Denia and the unspoilt medieval old town of Javea. Areas like Costa Nova, La Cala, Lluca, Montgo, La Cala and La Sella are known for their superior villas with beautiful pools, terraces and gardens.

Holidays in Costa Blanca beach resorts like Albir and Cala Finestrat allow easy access to the amazing resort of Benidorm and Levante Beach. Basic price from ?155 for holidays in Alicante, The Costa Blanca is a great choice for families and couples looking for a bright, modern complex where the facilities on offer will keep everyone occupied.

A Spanish Holiday Beach "La Zenia" near Torrevieja with perfect surroundings is an ideal place to relax and enjoy.

For Spanish holidays with perfect weather the Costa Blanca ensures year round golf and other sports, including tennis, swimming, sailing, water skiing, riding, go carts, bowling greens even hot air ballooning. Combine these with sun drenched beaches and it is easy to understand why the Costa Blanca is such a popular holiday destination.

The Costa Blanca is famous for its lively holiday resorts, the most notorious being the resort of Benidorm. There are many holiday resorts to choose from on the Costa Blanca, all with something for everyone. The famous golf resort of La Manga is just south of the Costa Blanca near Murcia. You may choose fun, action-packed beach resorts like Benidorm, for lively holidays to the Costa Blanca ;or opt for the tranquillity of staying in a luxury villa with private pool tucked away at the foot of the Montgo mountains ? and yet still only 6km from the lovely family beach resort of Denia.

Exploring whilst on holiday in the Costa Blanca, take the opportunity to do some exploring. Plenty of diversions to keep the whole family entertained on your beach holiday to the Costa Blanca. However, you may prefer to choose a hotel in the Costa Blanca from the selection available, and add this to a low cost flight to the Costa Blanca, to create your ideal holiday to the Costa Blanca. My friends from London visit their vacation house on the Costa Blanca every second weekend all year round using low-cost flights to Alicante: 3 hours and they are there. Nevertheless, the main reasons for travelling to the Costa Blanca rest of course its distinctive culture, its warm climate and the unspoiled beaches with the clean seawater. The vacationers here enjoy the fine light-yellow send that gave the name to the Costa Blanca (White Beach). Besides, life on the Costa Blanca is generally cheaper than on the other Mediterranean coasts like Costa del Sol and Mallorca. All these reasons result in Costa Blanca becoming now a popular destination for holidaymakers, especially young families with children that cannot afford an expensive vacation. By the way, Costa Blanca offers many children entertainment centres and amusement parks to attract family vacationers even more. As you can see, the Costa Blanca represents nowadays a fantastic destination for budget holidays in Europe.

The ultimate in luxury holidays on the Costa Blanca is surprisingly affordable when you rent a villa from Costa Blanca Rentals. Besides, holidays on the Costa Blanca are generally much cheaper than on the other Mediterranean coasts like Costa del Sol and Mallorca. 40 minutes drive from Gran Alacant there is a city Benidorm with amusement parks and other children entertainment parks around that perfectly fits for family holidays on the Costa Blanca.

Having spent many package holidays on the Costa Blanca in the past, my wife and I now want to retire there permanently and have just bought a 140,000 euro townhouse in Torrevieja
Costa Blanca Holiday Rentals
Many of you will one day have the wish to live in Spain. Than the choices are many, do you want to live near the coast or inlands, more to the south or at the Costa Brava. Many choices are coming towards you and the whole thing is not getting any easier. Do you want to live in a place with a lot of Brits or do you prefer the silence of the Spanish inlands?

For the people who want it all there is Altea. Although the few among us who really want to live somewhere in the inlands, far away from the civilized world and internet connections we will not be able to help.

Altea is a real Spanish fisher village with a small harbor and a all-overlooking church on a small hill near the sea. It was build there together with the village because on this hill there is always a very nice and refreshing current coming from the sea, and air-conditioning was only invented a couple of years ago....

in Altea you will find a lot of nice places to visit also during the winter season, all the restaurants are open and at the boulevard there is always something going on. Unlike many other parts of Spain or even the Costa Blanca which are more quiet in the winter season.

Of course in Benidorm there is always something to do but that is more for the elderly people (and then I mean really old) In Altea, or La Nucia or L“Alfaz del Pi you can also come for the winter season. If you want to rent a place there are lots of websites ofering large collections of holiday villas and apartments; you can rent at a weekly base but also on a monthly base.

Normally you can rent an apartment or a villa in the winter for a month for the same price you rent it in the summer for a week!! If you are planning on buying a property it is the best way to do it because there is a lot of property on the market and you don’t want to make any mistakes. Buying a property is somthing else as buying a piece of bread or a cup of coffee!! You cannot do this in a week time ! I also advice everybody to not mix holidays with buying a property, it will ruin your holiday and in the end it will leave you with not enough time to look at properties.

At the big hill called the "Sierra Bernia"; near Altea there are a few very nice urbanizations like Altea Hills or Sierra de Altea and Don Cayo which holds its own 9 holes golf course. From this mountain and these urbanizations the views to Altea and the further to the north village Alfaz del Pi are breathtaking.

In the old town at the village you find this typical Spanish small streets where you can find very nice cousy restaurants and bars. In the summer it is really busy at the square in front of the church which has been converted into one big terrace.

Have a great holiday and take my advice: do not go back.
