We are going to map out an easy method to find out if your partner is "up to no good". It's a trick you can use without your spouse ever knowing that you are running your own investigation and you will get the answers you need quickly.

Step #1 - Is Your Spouse Cheating?

Your first step requires you to be a touch on the tricky side. You will need to "borrow" your spouse's cell phone and look at it for in around 20 minutes without getting caught.

When you have the phone you will need to grab a pen and paper as well. At this point you are going to look through the call history that is stored on their cell phone. Go through both the incoming and outgoing call history lists and write down every phone number that you see.

I should point out that you don't need to jot down phone numbers that you recognize - just write down any phone number that isn't familiar to you.

When you are all done, you can put the phone back and head on to step #2.

Step Number Two - Is Your Spouse Cheating?

As you can see, you now have an entire list of all the people that your spouse has been talking to on their phone. Now you are going to find out who is the owner of each phone number on your list.

You might be surprised to know how much you can find about someone with just their phone number. You can get someone's full name, address, location details and ever background information when all that you have is their phone number.

How is this possible? There are companies out there that specialize in building huge databases that have information all on phone numbers. These companies will purchase access to all phone records (this includes unlisted and cell phone numbers) so that they can put together these databases. You can then run a search on any phone number you want to "investigate".

There is a small fee to use this type of search, but it isn't expensive. What you will you want to do to save a few bucks is find a company that charges a flat fee for unlimited searches. This way you don't have to pay for each individual search you run.

This service is known as a "reverse phone search".

Go through your list of phone numbers and run a search for each one. Write down the information you find out about each one on your sheet of paper.

Step Number Three - Is Your Spouse Cheating?

Look at your list now - you have full details on everyone that your spouse has been talking to on their phone!

Knowing exactly who your partner has been communicating with is the key to finding out if they are "up to no good". You have this information in front of you, so look over your list to see what you can find out.

Look over your list and see what names show up. When you have this information right in front of you anything suspicious is going to jump out at you.
