So, you're ready to get married. Where do you want to go for your honeymoon? There are hundreds of potential destinations, and deciding between them can leave you feeling a bit overwhelmed. We asked over 300 newlyweds about their honeymoons, with experiences ranging from a romantic cruise to Hawaii to a Florida theme park honeymoon, and what they liked and disliked. As a result, we can now present the top five honeymoon destinations from our sample.



1. Cruise to hawaii : it's pretty obvious that even more romantic and wonderful than a trip to Hawaii is a Hawaiian cruise ! Most of the newlyweds loved their cruise to Hawaii, citing the following as the best features of their Hawaiian honeymoon cruises: the reasonable price, the vast array of activities to participate in aboard a cruise, and of course, the romance.

2. All-inclusive Hawaii resorts: with prices at this kind of all-inclusive resort reaching an all time low, there is no better time than to select this destination for your Hawaii honeymoon. Newlyweds we polled journeyed to resorts in Hawaii and all spoke glowingly about the service, food, and range of activities offered. Newlyweds also enjoyed pre-paying for their entire Hawaii vacation and never having to bring their checkbook along.

3. Florida: this vacation destination might not spring automatically to mind, but the prominent theme park properties in Florida are among the hottest honeymoon locales, offering high-class resorts, dining, activities, and fun all wrapped in to one. Our newlyweds noted that the reasonable price, package deals, and world-class dining helped inform their choice.

4. Paris: If a bigger budget is feasible, tour through Paris. Many of our newlyweds shared with us about the wonderful sightseeing, the al fresco sidewalk cafes, touring the French countryside, and many more exciting things that Paris has to offer. Because Paris is always exciting, at any time of the day or night, more active honeymooners enjoyed Paris as their vacation destination.

5. Mexico: Honeymooning in Mexico in a cabin on the beach is very affordable, and newlyweds can enjoy telling memories of peaceful relaxation in the sand, gorgeous scenery and fantastic meals and shopping, all enjoyed without breaking the bank.
