Are you depressed?



If so,   I can tell you right now... There are lots of ways to cure/get rid of it.

Depression usually occurs when somebody thinks about their future and sees nothing...  Whether it's 5 minutes into the future,  5 days or 5 years -  There's nothing for them.

This ofcourse leads to boredom and helpless thoughts,  which cause depression.

Depression can by healed (naturally) by only one thing............... Happyness.

Happyness cures any type of sadness,   and by happyness I mean something good happening to you.. Not the kind of happy when your friend gets pregnant or your mom/dad gets a promotion..  But the kind of happyness that you're involved in,  the kind of happyness for you.

So,  how do you find this happyness?

The main thing is your future.  If you have your future set,  you've got no problem!!    Now,   all you have to do is find out what your future will be.  Do this by determining your career.

What do YOU want to be when you're older'   If you're creative/artistic,  I would suggest:

-3D or 2D Animator

-Film Director

-Writer

Or if you're into music (writing or playing),  you could be:

-A Movie composer

-A Tv composer

Or if you're into TV and broadcasting,  you could be:

-A Producer

-A cameraman

If you're good with working with your hands,   you could always become a construction designer,   where you get the chance to create the ideas and then build them!

If you're good at sports,   I suggest you start practicing now and then become it!

What If I'm an adult,  Already?

Before this,  I was referring to teenagers (18 or younger),  but now I can help you too.

You need to realise what you love and do it anyways,  no practice incolved.

The same things go for you that I listed above,   so do that.

What causes depression if you've got a good home,  good job and all that?

Boredom.  This is also another high possibility of Depression,  and the only way to cure it is to have fun and realise how good life is.. Otherwise you cant!

What are some things I could do to NOT be bored?

This goes for any age,  any gender at any place in the world.   Play Videogames!!!

You don't have to go to the store and waste hundreds of dollars to buy consoles,  I mean..

If you have a computer and an internet connection (cause you wouldn't be able to read this if you didn't) then you could easily go to websites like mofunzone.com or miniclip.com and play games as long as you want!

Although this may get boring after a while and you'll think "What am I doing?",   just realise you've got nothing else to do,  and then go to another game.  This works good with friends or family if you can.     Once these minigames become booring,   you can try bigger games like:

-Age of Empires

-Hero Online

-Silkroad Online

-Halo 1 Combat Evolved MULTIPLAYER

And more games like this.

Age of empires and Halo 1 cost money,  unless you get the trials or demos.
