Many people who have been trying to loose weight with no real success, have begun to turn their attention to the various slimming pills which are available almost anywhere they go. But the biggest question that many people ask concerning these slimming pills are whether or not they are dangerous for you to take.



It is the natural tendency as a human being to want a quick fix for any problem which includes loosing weight. In many people, especially those of the younger female generation, the concept of loosing weight quickly seems to be the biggest rage as each model appears to be thinner than the last. Many of these younger women have turned their attention to slimming pills as a means of loosing weight without any real effort.

One of the biggest issues surrounding the use of slimming pills is not so much as whether they are dangerous in the prescribed amounts, but whether overdosing of these slimming pills can have an adverse reaction. The reason this comes to mind is that although people who start to use slimming pills insist that they are in control of the usage, they slowly begin to use more and more than what is safely prescribed for them to consume in any given period. It is at this point in which slimming pills can start to become dangerous.

The general consensus among many health experts is that slimming pills are safe and that they can help someone to lose weight, but they also agree that in order for these pills to be helpful, the person must practice self control and only use the amount that is safely recommended.

It must be reminded that there is no such thing as a miracle cure and when it comes to weight loss and slimming pills it is important to remember that these pills are not magic and cannot make you loose weight over night. The pills themselves contain a plethora of various chemical components which are designed to aid in the natural ability of our body to loose weight and prevent weight gain. But in the event that one exceeds the recommended dosage, much like any other type of medication, serious side effects can and have occurred.

One of the biggest disadvantage and side effects that have been reported with the use of slimming pills is the fact that they have a tendency to cause loose stools. In effect, some people have reported loose stools while others have reported instances of diarrhea. The most serious of course is diarrhea due to its ability to lead to dehydration so proper precautions need to be taken.

It is also important that you consult a physician prior to starting any new diet or medicine regiments to ensure that they are right and safe for you to perform.
Dangerous To Your Health
Quitting marijuana is not an easy thing to do. The process can be to difficulty if you don't have the will power to undertake the change. The most complex part is the emotional aspect of the withdrawal. This is where most pot users fail, most especially if they have no one to turn to in their most trying time. To be able to overcome the detoxification process you must be able to discuss this process to someone close to you.

The first thing you should know before quitting from marijuana is that, not all people have the physical strength and will power to change. Most people can easily stop, without doing anything to change, they just did it. While other suffers severely from the side effect of smoking pot, this is still nothing compared to the side effect that most heavy drug users have experience. Nevertheless pot users can still experience the uncomfortable side effect of withdrawal. Such as;

·Insomnia

·Wild and vibrant dreams

·Queasiness

·Unclear feeling

·Nervousness

·Misery

·Lethargy

This experience can actually last for a week or maybe a couple. As the body cleans the remaining THC of the system or until the body gradually get comfortable again to itself. It may take awhile for other people to really take the marijuana completely out of the body system. However there are a small number of things that you can really do to speed up the process of recovery. The following are just some of the process to help you get detoxify.

Exercise – Exercising regularly is actually a great way to immense yourself in doing other things, like smoking pot. Since you are just starting to quit smoking the craving for the marijuana is still in your body system. Exercise can make you feel really good about yourself and it also help release the chemical name endorphins. This chemical can give you the exact feeling of satisfaction when smoking marijuana, but without the same negative effect of actually smoking pot.

Another benefit of smoking is that it gives you a healthier state of mind. A much fitter and desirable body while building your immune system that has been weakens when you are still smoking. Also exercise can quickly flush out any remaining THC that is hidden in the fat of the body. No need to lift heavy equipment to make exercise works, just a quick run in the morning, brisk walking, aerobics and yoga is more than enough.

Drinking Green tea and Water – Another best way to quickly clean your body of marijuana is to drink plenty of green tea and water. Green tea can in fact make you more hydrated, and when you become hydrate you will be able to drink more water out of your regular intake. Green tea has antioxidants which is good to your health. Your main goal is to drink more water than you can really drink in a day to help your body detoxify. Drinking water can help flush out the toxins and THC whenever you urinate.
