Know that the distinguishing factor between a successful businessman and a successful employee is that the first is constantly looking for opportunity while the latter is accepting job security. Successful businessmen are never afraid to fail, while successful employees are avoiding mistakes. A successful person has his or her eyes on long-term goals rather than receiving the paycheck at the end of the day.
