However, it is important to come at personal development from the perspective that is it an ongoing journey where you keep evolving and revealing your best self. Do yourself a huge favor and do not come at personal development from the perspective of being broken and needing to be fixed. Personal development is different from self-help. It is about discovering what truly lies inside of you, tapping into your potential and unveiling your magnificence,



You are complete!

People are not broken. Too often, folks hold on to the thought that something is missing inside of them or that something is wrong with them. As a society, we always look at where we are falling short rather than focusing on what we do well. Yet, we have the innate drive to keep evolving. People erroneously believe that personal development will fix them and then their network marketing business will be perfect. We often create the hurdle of thinking, "Until I get over _______ ( fill in the blank with your issue) I won't and cannot make sales in my network marketing business."

How often have you thought when I become a good public speaker, when I can do a really compelling presentation, when I attend the next conference or seminar, then I will be ready to go forward and reach my goals in my network marketing opportunity?

That is not the truth. You can choose to step forward and start creating wealth in your network marketing enterprise from where you stand. There is nothing wrong with embarking on personal development, in fact personal development is highly encouraged. The distinction that we need to be aware of is not to let our current state delay our desired results. Personal development is not about being on a search for the missing piece. There is no missing piece. Therefore you do not need to postpone your inspired action in your network marketing business.

In a good network marketing culture, people learn to take responsibility for where they are and choose to get past the issue that seems to keep their desired results at a distance. Folks agree to acknowledge their part in the obstacle they face and through personal development can use the tools they need to move on. Yet, these same folks are not standing still while this is going on. They continue to work their business while growing personally, believing they can get results now.

The truth is people are where they are simply because of their best level of thinking. Everyone can choose, at any time, to feel better, think different thoughts and become who they want to be, do and have in their network marketing business.

Choose to feel and be complete.

When you choose to embark on the journey of personal development and to start growing emotionally, personally, financially, and spiritually, do not force the issue. Do not compare yourself to others, as that is so destructive to you and nothing worthwhile can result. Know that if you are consistent with your personal development and business activities, your intentions and goals will be achieved.

When you choose to start something new like a network marketing business,

a certain leap of faith is required. Trust yourself and ease into your new business with a relaxed state of being. Look to the leaders in your network marketing opportunity who have come before you and who trusted themselves. Do the same. If you feel you are complete, you will be moving forward with ease rather than with struggle.
