Doctors Quick Weight Loss Diet

Some people say that quick weight loss diets are bad. I however, disagree. Look, when you have a deadline to meet, you need to lose weight pretty fast. Say, you have a friend's birthday party to attend a couple of weeks later, and you don't want him to see your fat belly and flabby arms. Or let's say that your friend has gifted you a nice dress based on your previous sizes but due to your weight gain it doesn't fit you anymore! In these tricky situations, quick weight loss methods can be of great help! In this article I will tell you about some such quick weight loss methods!



1.Have small meals frequently instead of large meals at one sitting. An effective way to condition your body to burn calories more effectively is to have meals with small portions but more frequently. When you do this, the body can burnt the glucose and convert them to energy more efficiently. Rather than forcing your body to burn all the food when you consume a large meal, the body will react by storing the unburnt glucoses as fats in your body. Furthermore, small portions of meals allows your body to maintain a high metabolism rate constantly.

2. Protein and milk shakes: Protein can make you feel full for a long time, which is why many people have protein shakes as breakfast. When you are full, you won't feel hungry. Thus you will naturally eat less and lose weight! Apart from that, milk shakes such as "Slim Fast" can also help you with fast weight loss if you follow a competent weight loss diet along with it!

3.Eating more Vegetables: The main reason why you will never see a fat Vegetarians is because they only consume in terms of calories what their bodies actually needs. The food they eat are in itself low in calories. Raw Fruits and Green vegetables are not only nutritious but also very low in calories and high in fiber. Eating more vegetables also helps you to feel more full most of the time.

4. Say no to beer and soda: Just in case you don't know, both beer and soda are full of empty calories. These calories provide nothing to your body except fat! You should avoid these drinks at all costs!

As you can see, achieving quick weight loss is not too hard. The main thing you need to learn is to change your lifestyle habits. You need to replace the junk foods with healthy foods. Once you do that you will naturally lose weight!
