She would sometimes agree with me on issues I felt she would differ. This truly amazed me, since I was expecting the usually arguments from her. While trying to get her view across to me, she would agree with me on issues that she earlier strongly opposed. I suddenly found myself in such discussions apologizing to her, for holding on to my wrong opinion on certain issues, and agreeing with her point of view.

It suddenly hit me that she had been agreeing with me, because she truly loved me and felt by compromising on certain issues, she would get her major points through to me. By doing this she ended up making me understand that I had been wrong many times doing our past discussions. Now we understand each other a lot better and we don't feel cheated in our discussions. Our family now enjoys peace. I was curious about how she developed this strategic mind set, which saved our marriage.

A few days back, I walked into our bedroom and saw her reading a copy of your e-book on the computer screen. She allowed me read through some of the pages and then I realized that my wife had been taking her relationship advice from your book. She has since then put other things you advised into practice and this has brought the sparkle back into our relationship"

The true story above clearly shows you that sometimes by compromising in arguments, you actually get your views through. If you are right in such discussions, your man would realize it and probably even apologize to you. Your non antagonistic stance would soften him. Continuous arguments would have split the family mentioned above. The wife in this story effectively prevented another woman from coming into the picture and ruining her marriage. She actually won in the long run by compromising. Remember, sometimes compromising actually means winning in a relationship.
