We all know how they load those areas up with impulse items... candy bars, gum, breath mints, whatever... They all have calories and will go straight to that pot in the middle of your body. 4. Get rest
Interestingly, your body reacts to limited rest by doing some strange things. For one, when your body is not adequately rested it believes it needs to help you "survive".
