In today's world everything is about speed. It is so much easier to just hop into a drive thru and get instant gratification than to prepare a meal . So it comes as no surprise that we want to lose weight, we want to lose a lot of weight and we want to lose a lot of weight RIGHT NOW!
When I was in college I played soccer and never had a weight issue. I knew I could basically eat anything I wanted because I {{{would|was going to} spend all morning and afternoon running it off in practice. Well naturally I carried those same eating patterns into my adulthood and much to my surprise (hehe) that didn't exactly pan out. Fast forward 12 years and I'm married, mother of 2 and 54lbs. Between having a career, attending school plays and grocery shopping it became harder and harder to get into even my favorite ?running errands? clothes.

I finally got to a point in my life where it was more trouble trying to find clothes that fit and it became so stressful to look at myself in the mirror, than to just do something about it.
