Number seven, to eliminate the dryness of your skin and to hydrate your skin, you need to eat foods containing omega-3 and omega-6. The best source for that is hemp seed oil, and you could find that in your health store. Start off with one teaspoon a morning, one teaspoon for lunch and one teaspoon for dinner. And then increase it to one tablespoon, and you'll notice that your skin isn't so dry and it's been hydrated from the inside. The hemp seed will hydrate and heal your skin very quickly, and it will help to eliminate that dryness. And remember, the skin is a reflection, it's an index of how your body is functioning internally.
Number eight. For me, this is important. I know a lot of you--when I started this, I wasn't interested in exercise. But exercise is important because it eliminates a lot of the toxins from your body and it helps you to sweat. And when you're sweating, you're getting rid of the acids and the waste and the toxins. And it's the acid that's creating the irritation on your skin. It's the acid that's making you scratch day in and night. We want to get rid of all the acids from your body. Your system should be alkaline-based and not acidic. If you need to do any exercise that's going to make you sweat - a little jogging, a little aerobics or swimming or jumping. Jog for 30 minutes. Exercise for 30 minutes so that you're sweating. The best exercise is rebounding because the rebounding works on your lymph, your lymph system. Get some exercise into your daily routine 30 minutes a day. And what you'll be doing is you're cleansing your skin, getting rid of the acid on a regular basis. And exercise also increases the amount of oxygen you take in to your system. Your blood and your cells need as much good, quality oxygen as you could take in. Also, deep breathing. Whilst you're waiting for the train or the buses or standing in a queue, do a minute of deep breathing, deep breathing in and hold for four second, and deep breathing out for four seconds. It helps you to take in good, quality oxygen, which will work towards healing your skin.
