The physics principle of the Conservation of Energy states that - energy can be converted from one form to another, but it cannot be created or destroyed.All energy within the universe is linked, and scientists are currently developing experiments to prove the existence of this force, which is known as the Higgs Field. The properties of all particles are based on their interaction with this field. (Life Force?)Energy exists in many forms: chemical, heat, electromagnetic, radiation, electric, gravity, nuclear mass and kinetic energy.An example of how energy can be converted into another form is that of walking.A person absorbs chemical energy from food, and converts it into the energy needed to walk, i.e. kinetic energy - the energy of motion.Every person, animal, plant and object have an electromagnetic field - Kirlian photography has been able to record this imagery. In addition to the electromagnetic of the body, animals also possess psychic energy, by which the work of the personality is formed e.g. thinking, feeling, wishing, willing etc.It could be argued that this psychic energy is the `vital spark` that distinguish living matter from non-living matter.Einstein's formula E = mc2 explains the relationship between Energy and matter,i.e. Energy and matter are interchangeable - in reality, everything is Energy.This Energy is influenced by our thoughts. It is shapeable, formable, and mouldable. We shape, form and mould the Energy of the Universe through our thoughts. We transform the Energy of our thoughts into the Energy of our reality.Psychokineses and telekinesis describe the ability to influence the behaviour of matter by mental intention. This can be achieved either consciously or unconsciously.Energy is often referred to as `vibrations`. Vibrations are attracted or repelled by each other, depending on how similar their frequencies are.This helps us to understand the theory of ‘like attracts like'.When positive energy is sent out, it will attract positive energy.When negative energy is sent out it will attract negative energy.When a spell is cast we manipulate and change the energies around us to bring about the desired result. By understanding energy, we can be more specific and have greater success in our undertakings.We have to be aware of cause and effect, and respect the energies around us, they are affected by our actions.Our lives are governed by cycles e.g. moon, tides, sunrise and sunset, seasons, waking and sleeping etc. It can be argued that due to the cyclical nature of our lives, we will at some point be affected by our own actions - both positive and negative.We should therefore give consideration and take responsibility for our actions.
