Slavers: (1978-German) C-I02 Slavers is about the slave trade business that went on in Africa throughout the 19th century. An excellent cast is saddled with second-rate script. Larry the Cable Guy: Whitney brings his blue-collar "Larry" personality-a beer-bellied, foulmouthed, endlessly dimwit-to the monitor in this low-lease, low laugh-quotient comedy in regards to a bungling well being inspector who examines a succession of eatery chow poisonings. "Larry" fans and aficionados of redneck humor might rate this higher. Cast includes Dan Whitney, Itis Bahr, Bruce Bruce, Joanna Cassidy, Brooke Dillman, Tony Hale, Tom Wilson, Joe Pantoliano, Baby Stone, and Jerry Mathers. (89 minutes, 2006)

Slaughterhouse 5: Occasionally slow, occasionally on track, spreading view of life through eyes of one Billy Pilgrim, virtuoso no one who gets to be "unstuck" in time. Large-spending limit adaptation of a weird fantasy novel is tough going for those with a producer's point of view. Cast includes Michael Sacks, Eugene Roche, Valerie Perrine, Holly Near, and Perry Emperor. (104 minutes, 1972)

Objective Burma: Zestful WW2 action film with Flynn and organization as paratroopers invading Buffalo to brush out vital Japanese post; top enthusiast screenplay by Ronald MacDougall and Lester Cole. A Clever sitcom returns in characteristic-magnitude spoof in reference to a madman whose bombs can annihilate the planet's clothes; co-scripter Bill Dana has a ludicrous tad as clothes maker Jonathan Levinson Siegel. Cast includes Errol Flynn, William Prince, James Brown, George Tobias, Henry Hull, and Warner Anderson. (147 minutes, 1945)

I Love My Wife: The sort of comedy for which the word "automobile" was created. Infrequently ludicrous journal of Gould's lifelong sensual hang-ups agonizes from ignorant script, bland direction. Cast includes Elliott Gould, Brenda Vaccaro, Life saver Tompkins, Dabney Coleman, and Joan Tompkins. (95 minutes, 1970)

Ivan the Horrible: Film spectacle of the highest request. Eisenstein's remarkably lavish but detailed journal of King Ivan IV's life from coronation to conquer to reinstatement. A forging captivating icon of the gentleman and his nation can be found here. Improved by Prokofiev's primordial score so be it. Bulky going, although beneficial; the tale proceeds in Ivan the Awful. Cast includes Sergei Eisenstein, Nikolai Cherkassov, Ludmila Tselikovskaya, and Serafima Birman. (99 minutes, 1943)

Apollo 13: This film recounts the incredible story of the Apollo 13 mission to the moon. Nearing the moon, the spacecraft experiences multiple systems failures. With the oxygen supply failing and systems not functioning, they are stranded mover 200,000 miles from Earth. Against impossible odds, the crew of Apollo 13, and thousands of people on the ground, all work tirelessly on creative solutions to bring them safely home. The fact that this crew survived this mission is one of the truly miraculous stories of our lifetime.

I Am Legend: Scientist Robert Neville (Will Smith) is the only man living in New York City who isn't infected. Everyone infected has become a mutated viscous creature. The sunlight is Robert's only safety, as he roams the city, and runs experiments at his lab, hoping to cure everyone of the infection. How long can he survive?

Die Hard: In position to commit the perfect crime, terrorists have commandeered a Los Angeles high rise, and are holding everyone hostage. There is $460 million in the corporate safe that the terrorists want. Everything is going according to play. Uninvited, so the terrorists don't know he is there New York cop John McClane is the lone hope to stop the terrorists.
