According to the U.S Department Of Agriculture, Americans waste 96 billion pounds of food each year! That's a lot of food (not to mention a LOT of wasted money).
How many days go by with food just sitting in the fridge and freezer? What ends up happening to all that old food? It gets thrown out and wasted! In order to save our health and money, we should think again before eating out! By eating home food, you can cook much healthier dishes, increase your life span, and save money (who knows what other benefits behold!). You may want to think again before grabbing that SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese from McDonalds.
