Feel Good Inc Gorillaz

    View:
I usually end up with too much yarn, especially if I am making an item that calls for more than one type or color of yarn. So, knitting scarves has been an idea that I went with to try to use up my yarn but now everyone I know has many scarves from me. So what now?

Well I discovered a number of charity sites that accept knitted/crocheted goods that one can make with small amounts of yarn. Here are a few. Project Linus accepts blankets and I have knitted a few of those with leftovers, knitting them into unusual patterns and designs with the different colors.

There is also a group called Caps for the Cure which knits caps for chemotherapy patients. Cubs for Kids knits little sweaters and hats for teddy bears for homeless children. This also does not require a lot of yarn. Newborns in Need offers warm clothing to newborns of needy famiies so that when the baby leaves the hospital they will have something warm to wear. This group has many local chapters and there may be one near you.

The Dulaan project to warm Mongolia is a terrific project to knit hats, mittens, sweaters and other things for Mongolian children. The capital of Mongolia is the coldest capital city in the world. A visit to their web site will melt your heart. Patterns are available at the Dulaan project web site and at most of the knitting for charity sites that I visited.

But what if you have too little yarn to finish your project? That is a serious issue after putting in tons of hours and work. I looked all over the internet for some sort of yarn swap or yarn exchange but only found sites that sell yarn and how can I know if it is the dye lot I need even if I find the right yarn at all? Being the resourceful knitter that I am, I created my own yarn trader site and I am waiting for its discovery. It is basically a freecycle devoted to yarn and craft items.

So now that I think I have overcome all my knitting issues I guess I will start knitting for those little children in Mongolia. Do the same. It is a good feeling to give you knitting away.

Had you ever thought that being a tenant can be so beneficial? If you do not own a house or a property, that is an advantage, as now you can get unsecured tenant loans which are offered especially to those who are non-homeowner. These loans are particularly offered to tenants, students, paying guests and other people those who pay rent for their accommodation. Unsecured tenant loan is a loan where you do not have to worry about collateral and security.

Unsecured tenant loans are similar to unsecured personal loans, but are offered only to tenants. It can be taken by all kinds of tenant such as council tenants, private tenants and people living with parents. There are a few basic requirements that are essential to apply for an unsecured tenant loan. Basically you will be asked to have an identity proof, a full time employment, and an income proof. These are essential information that a lender would like to have before considering you as a genuine borrower.

Unsecured tenant loans are offered up to $25,000 and can go higher under certain circumstances. The repayment term generally lies between 6 months to 1 year and can extent up to 5 years. These loans have a bit higher interest rates as no security is offered. But then it has an advantage that you can even apply if you have a bad credit.

The best way to apply for an unsecured tenant loan is to apply online. Online application of loans is a fast and quick process of loan approval where you just have to fill an online application form giving details about your credit history. Your credit score is of very importance when applying for unsecured tenant loans because it is the only proof that acts as a security for the lenders. However some lenders are also providing unsecured tenant loans to people with bad credit scores. So, now you don't have to think about your credit history. Unsecured tenant loans are available to you in all circumstances.

Unsecured tenant loans can be used for different purposes like education, marriage, vacation trip or to buy a property etc. In case you are facing the problem of paying monthly installments for different loans taken by you in the past, you can take an unsecured tenant loan for debt consolidation too. This will save you from the hassles of paying umpteen installments to umpteen lenders and with unsecured tenant loans, you will end up making only single monthly payment to a single lender. Apart from this, unsecured can be taken for business purposes or even for buying a car.

It was till recently, that tenants and non homeowners were not given much priority by the money lenders just because they didn't have a property or collateral to put. Unsecured tenant loans are thus offered only to these people so that they can also meet their requirements quickly and easily.
