Hi everyone my name is carl lewis and like many people i have struggled with my weight, but again like many i am keen to fight the fat through training and diet i am only 25 but have been training for roughly 8 years now with varying success and a wide variety of different training programmes and diets not all of which i have to admit were successful,but every now and then i would find a diamond in the rough a programme and diet that would work wonders and i would see amazing results .

At present my training is better than it has ever been and i have been noticeing the best results and physical stats of my life I am currently weighing in at roughly 101kg with approximately 8% body fat so not only am i big but at the minute i feel absolutely cut to shreds really defined the reason i am doing so well is down to trial and error over the years and gradually making improvements in my training and diet.

My programme at the minute is my own creation along with my diet which is very much suited to me and the things my body has responded to the best, the way i made this was by taking my favorite bits from a number of well known programmes that i have personally used over the last couple of years, now i know what your thinking you don't have 8 years to search through different programmes until you finaly find one that is working for you cause we all know the internet has alot of different people saying they have a product that works and alot turn out to be not that good at all just crappy ebooks telling you things youu already know or could find out for free, well that is not what i am here to do these aren my products but what they are, are products that i have tried and tested that really worked for me and it could also work for you these programmes are not magic and will require effort from you but with a bit of will and determination there is no reason why you cant have that 6 pack for summer
