Spring Texas is located in Harris County just North of Downtown Houston . It is an unincorporated community; meaning it is not part of any municipality and thus is not subject to or taxed by a city government. As of the last census, Spring Texas had around 36,000 people. Spring does not have official boundaries and students attend Klein ISD or Spring ISD. Klein High School is home to one of the best soccer teams in the state. Unlike other high school; pupils have participated in soccer programs with each other at a very young age. By the time they enter high school they have a firm understanding of each other as players and their game plans. Most people think of Texas as having great football programs. Klein has a great soccer program. Spring is also home to one of the only water parks in Houston, Texas. Splash Town is located just offer Interstate 45 and only operates between the months of June through September. Tickets are relatively inexpensive; just over thirty dollars apiece for entry.

And Springfest offers residents a place to sample several Texas wines and a place to meet artists who show off their artwork.

The Spring apartment market has really picked increased up in the recent years. With a large influx of people into the Houston area; Spring has become a hot bed for residents who travel to and from Downtown Houston. However developers are always building state of the art apartment communities and although vacancies may decrease, these new communities alleviate some of the near capacity apartment communities. Spring is also home to a very affordable housing market. In fact the dollar per square foot is extremely generous and is another reason why people choose to call their home Spring.
