Stretching of stomach:

If you carelessly take your diet, it can be harmful for you when as it can bring swelling on your stomach and you feel vomiting after this condition. If you vomit you will definitely come in problem. So you should be aware while you taking food.

There are some things which often stuck in lap band so the patient should avoid of taking such things. The things are as follows

Chicken: chicken is the worst offender for the lap band patient so the patient should avoid of taking chicken. Moreover, microwave dinners, like Lean Cuisine, are not a good idea. Besides of chicken you should avoid of chicken and rice, chicken and noodles, or chicken and tortillas or other bread type of products.

There is an easy way not to get things stuck:

For avoiding the problem of stucking you should chew your food very well. You should eat slowly. You should avoid of hurry while taking food. You should not take dry chicken or reheated chicken ? or avoid chicken.

If your food gets stuck in your lap band while eating, you should stop eating immediately. You should avoid taking food for another 24 hours.

For getting rid of stuck food you should stand up, walk; jump so it will pass from easily.
