Fosters Home For Imaginary Friends Characters
The cartoon series entitled ?Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends? has achieved amazing success in a relatively short period of time, a fact which recommends it as a potential ?classic cartoon?. Cartoon-secrets.com has a look at the imaginary friends that live in Madame Foster's home:
Blooregard Q. Kazoo - Bloo for short, this imaginary friend is also Mac's best friend. Bloo is, in fact, a small blue security blanket. However, don't think this little character is dull and boring ? he seems to always get into some sort of trouble with his original way of thinking and his huge ego. He is also quite obnoxious sometimes, treating the other members of the house with very little diplomacy and tact. Always ready to devise complex plans and to manipulate those around him
Eduardo was imagined as a protector friend. He has a rather scary appearance, with his horns and skull buckle. However, his ogrish appearance is misleading, because Eduardo is probably the most cowardly of the residents of the home. He is extremely powerful and he uses his might to help out those around him ? he never uses it to be imposing or to command respect.
Wilt is one of the strangest imaginary friends in the home. He is very tall, and obviously represents a tribute to NBA player Wilt Chamberlain. With a very easy going nature, Wilt is helpful around the house and always ready to lend a hand. Wilt is defined by fair play and sportsmanship and will often go out of his way to please those around him.
Coco ? her own name is the only thing this weird imaginary friend can say. Coco is a mix between a bird, a plane and a palm tree. Although she is limited to saying or writing ?coco? she seems to get along just fine with the other imaginary friends. One other cool feature of this character is that it can lay plastic eggs with various surprises. Coco is a bit touchy and will hold a grudge if mistreated by any of the other imaginary friends.
Mr. Herriman is actually a rabbit created by Madame Foster herself. Dressed sharply and having a very calculated nature, he is the president of the house and demands order and respect. He is also a bit of a control freak and he likes to plan everything to the second. Mr. Herriman is terrified of the outdoors and of anything he cannot understand and control.
Duchess is the short name for Duchess Diamond Persnickety the First, the Last and the Only One. She is selfish and rude and appears as a 2-dimensional character. All of the imaginary friends have to cater to her because of an oath but the Duchess is hard to please and she is not comfortable in Madame Foster's home.
Cheese was created by Mac's next-door neighbor Louise. A very antagonistic character, Cheese is lactose intolerant, which means he cannot eat any dairy products. Although he doesn't live at Foster's he often visits. In fact, Cheese is so fond of Foster's Home that he often has to be thrown out by the other characters as he just doesn't seem to want to leave.
