Free Reports Can Be A Gold Mine!

By creating free reports on the hottest real estate topics right now, (such as short sales and how to work foreclosures) I have generated 8 extra transactions in just a few weeks.



My system is simple; anyone can do it, if you have the right tools. What are needed are a computer and a fax on demand system.

After creating an information report on the computer, and saving it with a catchy title, I place a classified ad for my free report. The report should include targeted keywords for generating leads in your target market.

Included in the ad is my 800 fax on demand number for real estate. This is a 24/7 number so prospects can receive my report anytime. I don't even have to lift a finger too have my information sent to a lead.

The cool thing about this system is that it is 100% ANI (automatic number id), which means in (a nutshell), that I am able to capture the prospect's phone number even if they have called id blocking. This works on unlisted numbers, too.

So, now I have a warm, curious, new lead. I usually wait most of an hour to return the call to give them a chance to completely read the free report and formulate any questions that they may have for me.

So let's review what has happened to this point:

a.An information report was created on the computer.

b.A classified ad for generating leads was placed for the free report.

c.Potential prospects called the 800 fax number that I included in the ad.

d.A free report was faxed to the prospects with my fax on demand (a feature included with this 800 number for real estate system) that cranked out my special report right into their hands.

e.As they were receiving their free report, their phone number was captured into my system.

f. I was alerted to the fax going out, and now I am able to follow up.

I had 17 requests the first day alone.

The free report was packed full of good information, but just enough to really whet their whistle. So, when I made that follow up call, they had lots of questions for me.

The majority of callers were anxious to make an appointment right away to have their questions answered. It's been a busy month!

In the 23 days since I placed the ad I have had numerous requests for the free report, multiple appointments with targeted leads, and so far, 8 actual transactions in the pipeline.
