Also, your doctor might advice you to open the capsule and sprinkle the drug onto a tablespoon of pudding or applesauce, so that it becomes easier to swallow. But remember, you should not chew the mixture, just swallow it down the throat.

You should take Nexium regularly to get the desired results expected from this medication. Always make sure that you have refills available with your, incase your medicine runs out completely.
