Take a break, even if just for a minute ?

Relaxation can take any form that's appealing to you and any length of time. Studies have shown that simply tensing your muscles and allowing them to relax is an effective way to decompress. Find a quiet place to lie down, uncross your legs and arms, and rest your palms on your stomach.

Close your eyes, and breathe deeply. Tense every muscle from the top of your head to your toes for a second. Then simply clear your mind for a moment.

Making relaxation part of your routine ?

Take 15 minutes each day to reflect and have downtime. No amount of regret can make up for lost time or opportunities. Achieve clarity by recognizing your successes, letting go of your stress, and deciding on the best step for you to take next.

Turning frustration into inspiration ?

When obstacles cross your path, it's much easier to get riled up than it is to calm down. No one can predict the future. Instead of becoming aggravated about occurrences out of your control, relax and try to spot opportunities. Ask

yourself "How can this situation fuel my success?" You'll be amazed at the possibilities you discover.

Saying NO to less important things ?

You are in control of your to-do list. Learn to use your intuition to decide if opportunities are right for your life or your business. Saying no is a big part of your overall success, and people will respect your honesty. In fact, they

will begin to approach you with the right ideas that will help you achieve success on your terms.

To truly relax, you must be true to yourself. Pay attention to any physical or emotional symptoms that arise in response to stress. When you feel anxious, recognize that it's OK to relax, slack off for a short period, or get more sleep.

Success comes from attaining your goals while having the time and energy to celebrate your wins.

Relaxation is just one of the vehicles you can use to arrive safely and in great health.

Giving children what they want is very difficult or even impossible at times, yet the demands will increase the stress level to unbearable level unless they are properly dealt with. As parental stress level only goes up with children age, it is an imperative to learn how to manage it and keep it under control.

School problems and romantic relationships are two other problems that have to be scoped with by children, but increase the chance of heart strokes for most parents. The only real way to cope with them is to teach children how to react to such situations, because trying to fix things directly will have only adverse results. Only this can keep parental stress under control.

The problems related to parenting can easily overwhelm even the strongest individuals. There are more than a couple of parents who start hating their children because of perceived lack of gratitude on the side of the children. Parents feel hurt, children feel as if they were left alone and the whole family is on the verge of catastrophe. You have to act before getting to that point and get the problems under control ASAP.

Patience and ability to quickly cool down are two most important abilities of every parent. Do not attempt to shout at children or start rows only to reduce your stress level. If you face a stressful situation where you're about to say something you'd be sorry about later, walk away and take your time to cool down, then return and discuss the facts.

Then, try to keep your work-related problems at the office. Otherwise you will just make more problems at home - and with even a single child, there are already enough problems at home. Before you come home, try to take a few deep breaths and try to "switch" from work to home.

If you want your family to be happy and relaxed, you have to start from yourself. Learn how to breathe properly in order to relax your muscles and let more oxygen into your organism. This will let you cool down faster and more effectively and will help lift everyone's mood.
