The painful, broken heart and depressed emotions arising from your break up. Even for reasons as extreme as an extramarital affair you still want and love this person and will do anything in your power to rescue your happiness. It often seems hopeless and you are not sure of how to go about getting back an ex.



You can hear all kinds of advice from friends, family and others. Advice like "time heals all wounds, want to talk you out of trying, saying they do not deserve your love, just let go, move on with your life." That is not what you are looking for. You want your relationship. You want to be happy and without all the pain. You want to know about getting an ex back not forgetting them.

Many of the professionals and relationship Guru's will give you a lot of the same lectures as your family and friends. There does not appear to be a lot of advice on saving a relationship but plenty of advice on getting it over and done with. Like me when I was getting back an ex these are not the answers you seek.

There are millions of couples that have saved their relationships and lived happy with their partners mostly from persistence, trial and error. That should give you hope that there really is a way. That way is you doing your best to get your emotions under control as much as you can so as to think clearly on getting it done.

You could cool down and quit fighting, arguing and yelling with them. This isn't the time you should be stubborn or feeling bitter and betrayed. Even if you have to break of all contact with your partner a few days or so to give yourself time to get your emotions calm.

Try to make a plan and think about what you really need to say and how you are going to act in all situations that could come up when your talking with your ex. While you are speaking with them do not plead, beg and start trying to convince them you are their one true love.

You have to regain as much control over the situation as you can. That may mean that you may need to let them think you have come to grips with the break up and agree with it. Then they may begin to think about losing you and rethinking about the relationship. Getting back an ex can be very possible you just need to take control of the situation and your emotions
