Now a goal like this is great to aim for in the long term as it means your goal will never end. Another great example of a good goal is to aim to increase the amount of reps you can do by a given amount each monthly period. That way you are always motivated an always on the path to success.
Ensuring that you are always fit and in shape is certainly no easy task for anyone, that is why you need to be committed, but you also have to be more than that. You must enjoy what you do or else you will never succeed. Many people find that they find it hard to motivate themselves and even dread going down the gym.
