Is your home business something that you want your children to be involved with or does it deal with things that you would rather keep to yourself? Is the home business something that you want to pass on to your children or something that you only plan on doing for a few years?

The last thing that you have to think about is whether or not you are the kind of person that can work well with members of your family. If you think that you can, go ahead and bring them aboard. However, if you are going to get angry and stressed out, you might want to hire employees that are removed from your family, instead of subjecting your family to that. No matter what, you have to decide for yourself if the home business is a good venture for your family or just for you. Either way it can be profitable for you and there is nothing wrong with involving your family, just as there is nothing wrong with not involving them. It is completely up to you, your business and your family.
