The content network can be a powerful source of list building in many situations. Remember that content network traffic is not as targeted as direct search traffic however this does not mean that it cannot be profitable. If you can build a subscriber base through cheaper content network clicks then this can be a great way to build long term income for your business since you will be able to sell over and over to the same person over time.

Google allows you to bid as low as you want up to 1 cent per click for content network clicks so check your ads for how much traffic you are getting and then bid less or more depending on the amount of clicks you get from the content network. Also do not forget to specify country selection appropriately in each campaign to make sure that you are getting traffic from the right locations and not from areas where you do not ship your products to.
