When limiting carbs, you still need to satisfy basic nutritional needs, just only eat a little of it! Make sure that your diet contains all the essential nutrients for good health. At least 100 grams of carbs per day are needed to prevent fatigue and dangerous fluid imbalances.

Instead of eating 3 big meals a day, spread your meals, five or six small meals a day can help you control your hunger.

To keep extra pounds off, you must stay motivated! It is never too late to make changes in eating and exercise habits to control your bodyweight, and those changes do not have to be as big as you might think.

5. Prevention is better than cure. Neither you nor your clients have the time for everything to stop because of a health challenge, so why wait until a crisis strikes before taking off those excess pounds?

6. Christmas is coming; get ahead of the game and forget having to sign up for that expensive gym or health club membership between January and March.
