Dapper was concerned about the storm, especially if they had a battle on their way to the ship. It could affect their ability to hit their targets. Glancing periodically at Ghonllier, Dapper knew the commander was totally confident and didn't seem too concerned about anything. I can't let his crew see these changes. How do I come up with a plan without letting Ghonllier know what he has? It isn't my place to tell him.

Staring in the direction of the Galaxy Creeper, Ghonllier suddenly straightened up. ?What's happening, son?? Dapper asked, tensing up.

?They're coming.?

?Who's coming, and how many?? Dapper asked, taking his blaster off his belt. Ghonllier waited for the thunder to subside. Then he replied, ?Four men on single transports, and they're at full speed.?

Bog could see through Gomper's eyes. Immediately, Ghonllier's knife left his belt and went flying through the air towards Adamite. In response, Ghonllier put out his hand and ordered. ?STOP!?

The knife stopped just inches from his father's face. Luckily, a blade wasn't out, but only because Bog didn't know how to do it. Ghonllier could see that Gomper's mind was now completely back under Bog's control. If Bog had followed through with his plan, Adamite would have been hurt and possibly blinded.

?Don't mess with my equipment, Bog,? snapped Ghonllier. The knife floated back with ease, but before it reached his belt, Ghonllier told the driver to turn the lights off so Bog couldn't see.

Jason looked over in Sunna's direction just in time to see her fall forward. Everything was a little too much for her. The stress had caused her to lose consciousness.

Jason and Spencer were still next to Gomper. Jason yelled, ?Help Sunna!?

Before Sunna had fallen too far, Humphrey caught her in his arms. Safely, he pulled her to his chest and sat down in a seat next to her.

Spencer let go of Gomper to go to Sunna, and Gomper started to fall forward. ?Spencer, don't leave!? ordered Ghonllier. Spencer grabbed Gomper again. Ghonllier added, ?Vanishers, get the patches off those guards. Everyone else help me get him out of here.?

?Aren't they early?? observed Jason, grabbing hold of Gomper's shoulder.

?The robots heard the screams from the house. It's only a matter of time before they're here.?
