4. The Frisbee advances position when it is successfully passed to other fellow team members. After you grab the Frisbee you are not permitted to run with it but have ten seconds to pass away it to the next individual. The opposing team member who is defending the thrower makes the ten count.

5. The possession of the frisbee transfers when a pass is stopped, blocked, missed, or when the frisbee puts down out of boundaries. The opposing squad will have the disc when one team is unable to complete the pass.

6. Replacement of players is permitted in Ultimate Frisbee. Participants can be interchanged after a score is made or if there is a timeout.

7. Participants should not create any physical contact. Screens and picks are also not permitted. When there is physical contact, a penalty will be exclaimed.

8. If the foul ends in the interruption of the frisbee possession, play will resume and the possession will be preserved. However, if the individual who committed the offensive differs with the call, the play will be done over.

9. In virtually all ultimate Frisbee games, there are no referees. The players are the ones who make line and foul calls. If there are differences, they resolve it on their own.

10. Ultimate Frisbee stresses honest play and good sportsmanship. The teams boost aggressive play but respect for other participants should be rigorously observed. All players should adhere to the Ultimate Frisbee principles and of course, they should not forget to have fun.
