Not to mention the traffic time it would take to get from your bedroom to your computer or office that is located inside the house 30 seconds at the max. There would be no dress code required for this either.

The Well Known Garage Sale !

Everyone has things in their closet that they haven't used in a long time and some of them will be in good condition even today, yes its a garage sale. Get all the kids clothes out and toys keep the good ones, and get rid of the not so good ones. Make sign boards and get the word out about the garage sale. Make sure its a nice day when you decide to have the garage sale. Try and make it interesting by selling different stuff on different days.

The Catering Business

If your a good cook and handy with your hands then the catering business might be a good business idea for you. Supply food for parties and sell food at public events such as a marathon run or a car boot sale that is going on in your local community park.

When setting up your lot set it up in a way that is attractive for people to want to come and buy your food. Give your customers a reason to stay have seats and tables for them to sit down and relax while eating their food.

The Cleaning Business

Spring cleaning is a big thing since I was a kid and still is and there are people out there that haven't got the time to do this sort of thing this is where you come in.

Advertise your cleaning services in your local paper where people know you get the word out that you do a good job put fliers in public libraries and supermarkets alike anyplace where you can put them. Get some business cards made up and when you go out to the restaurant leave them on the table so people will pick them up out of curiosity.
