Add and mix together 1 cup of cold water, 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 3 cups of oatmeal, 2 egg yolks, and a tablespoon of parsley. Spoon the mixture onto a cookies sheet and bake them at 350 F for 15 minutes. Your dog is going to love these.
