Mix these ingredients thoroughly while slowly adding the coffee and wheat germ, being careful not to allow the mixture to clump up. Make sure to mix until the scrub reaches a smooth and creamy texture, but having just a slight grit to it. It works best to apply this mixture while taking a shower or bath, using a body sponge or moist wash cloth to aid in the exfoliation process.
