1. When you first join a forum it is best to use a user name that relates to your website or page. 3. When you join the forum try and get into it everyday and post at least twice not only should you be looking for information to help you but if your business is doing well people in the forum will want to know about this give them your advice and you will become an expert in your field to them.
4. Look at the icon, use your websites logo if you have one to display your icon. If you can't do this create a new image that will display your websites url.
5. It will take a while to get to know people in a forum but if you go in on a regular basis each day and keep doing that everyone will get to know you and trust you more. Don't forget most forums need you to introduce yourself first before posting anything. So take a good look around when you join a forum to see if this is the requirement first.
6. Look for threads that you can reply to something you know about or want to learn about and ask some questions or give some advice. People will appreciate you getting involved from the word go and you will get used to commenting everyday while your link is picking up valuable back links.
7. Join more than one forum you will need to get as many links pointing back to your site as possible so try and find around ten forums that you can post to each day and put five posts on each everyday. This way you will begin to generate a lot of traffic to your website.
