But there are also a lot of innovative proposals to this aim that are flourishing in this period. It is essential not to underestimate the importance of the recreational dimension in your life, even if you are adult, and you don't play anymore with puppets and toy soldiers, there are others activities you can do, such as board games.
These are not just useful to stimulate your brain to remain always sharp and active, but also to socialize with other people and spend pleasant and funny moments.
