If your going to promote products it is best to have a unique web address a page with one product on an nothing else just that product. Don't put other products on this page because it won't work.

Include Product Reviews !

Write unique articles about the products you are selling give as much information as you can and make the information helpful to the reader.

You can add testimonials from other people that have used the product before this will be helpful in getting people to click though for more information on the product. Make sure that these people are willing to share their product experience you may have to get their permission first.

Writing Articles !

Writing articles is the best way to get information out about what you are selling there are two things to look at before you start to write articles.

There is a nack to writing articles firs of all make it yours. The content must come from you and nowhere else. This is what we call unique articles. Second make it very interesting with loads of helpful hints for the reader.

Offer Something For Free !

Everyone likes getting free things from websites and yours will be no exception give away a free e-book to get the consumer to signup for your newsletter and keep them informed about the latest products coming online.

Your list will get bigger over time and this will increase sales for you. Having a customer base like this is like having a gold mine. You can sell different products to them and make even more money doing it.

Targeted Website Traffic !

Remember the articles I was talking about earlier. Well this is where you put your hard work into good use.

Write articles and get them distributed to the groups that are going to be interested in your products.

These are easy to find all you need to do it get the right category when submitting your articles and only people who are interested in this category will read your article. This is a great way of getting the word out about your products and services.

Keep your articles to 400 to 600 words long and write about two articles a week on a regular basis and get them distributed to articles directories each week.

You may want to think about getting the distribution service to deliver your articles to the directories. This is a time consuming exercise and if you haven't got the time to do this yourself there are website services who do nothing but submit your articles.

Summary: Affiliate Marketing can be very profitable as long as you have a plan to go with it. Don't forget the above tips try to include some if not all them into your business plan.
