How To Twitter Followers
Unless you are completely oblivious to Web 2.0, you have undoubtedly heard of the fast rising social media app ? TWITTER. This powerful medium is used by individuals as a quick way to blog. Twitter only allows you 140 characters to say what you want, so you have to keep it concise and to the point. Many are finding that they are having instant success using Twitter as a means to increase their list building endeavors.
I was challenged by a good friend of mine, The Online Marketing Angel, to try her method of acquiring twitter followers in only 7 days and see if I achieved the same results as she claims. Now, I've tried various methods of increasing my list building using different mediums, but this technique by far has worked dramatically. This same method, which I now teach to all of my clients, has allowed me to acquire 1,211 followers in only 7 days; and day 7 is only ? over. So, here it is?
1.Day 1 - If you haven't already, go to www.twitter.com and open an account. It's free so this shouldn't very painful. I won't go over this in detail as everything is pretty much self explanatory.
2.First things first, do a search for me (eleach), and the online marketing angel (sgordan394) and click follow.
3.Now, do a search for people who have the same interest as you, i.e., network marketing, model building, MLM, home businesses, etc. What ever you're interest, do a search and wait for the results.
4.Now, simply click on the follow button under each person with the same interest as you. Do This until you have acquired at least 250 people in your first day. What generally happens is when you follow someone, they will follow you as well, thereby, increasing your number of followers immediately.
5.You should start seeing some activity on the main screen of your Twitter account. Here you should start sending replies to comments you find interesting, do at least 25 replies. Remember, this is social networking, so don't reply with empty tweeting, reply with something that has some content so people will respect your comments as you continue to grow. THIS ENDS DAY ONE!
6.Day 2 ? repeat the same process of acquiring an additional 250 people and making the same number of replies of 25 on this day as well. By now you should have at least a hundred or so followers.
7.Day 3 ? CLEANUP! Look on the right side of the screen and you will see the people you are following, under that you will see the words ?View All?, click this link. From here, start removing 200 people from the list you are following. When you are done repeat Day 2. From here out, you will repeat steps 6 and 7 until you reach day 7. This technique does work, but you have to be diligent.
