Let her learn about your new found happiness without overwhelming her. Timing is crucial during this situational flip. Don't wait too long or John Doe may be courting your ex, but don't move too fast or your demeanor will seem more like an act. You need to involve yourself in your activities long enough to be authentically affected by them.

Now that your new relationship with the old girl is established and flourishing, suddenly fear creeps in, "How do I keep her?" Keep up the activities and positive behavior. Sure it's OK if you tone it down a bit as time goes on, but maintain that spice in your newly established relationship, not only for her but for yourself and you'll be a better person because of it.
