When you are up to your ears in debt and writing several different checks each month, to a variety of creditors makes the thought of combining all of your debts into one low monthly payment very appealing. Remember though there is never a quick fix to anything in life that works well. It took you a few years to accumulate the debt you should expect that it would take at least that long to get out of debt. Receiving debt consolidation help is an alternative to filing bankruptcy. How do you know if debt consolidation is the best choice for you? Looking at the options available will help you make that decision.
You can use a variety of methods to receive help with your consolidating your debt such as:
* Unsecured loans - is a type of loan that does not need any collateral (such as your home) and you can use it to pay off all your debts. Instead of writing several checks at the beginning of each month, you will write one to your lender.
* Secured loan - is a type of loan that uses your home or other item with substantial equity to secure the loan to use in paying off your debts. You will then have only one low monthly repayment.
* Transferring balances - This is where you can transfer the balances from several of your credit cards over to another credit card. Thus paying off the balances and only paying the monthly requirement on one card.
The advantages to this type of debt consolidation help is that you will enjoy lower interest rates, substantially lower monthly payments, and paying one creditor per month as opposed to several. The disadvantages are the cost of settling an existing loan and negotiating for a new loan can be significant. This is where the expertise of those in the business of debt consolidation comes into play. They know how to communicate with your creditors to negotiate the lowest monthly payments and can help arrange a new loan so that you will not only be saving money but also decreasing the size of your debt. Be careful of services that ask you to pay a fee for them to help you get out of debt. There are many agencies that are available that offer free debt consolidation help to guide you through the process moving from living with debt to living a productive life without debt.
I Want My Phone Call
A panic attack combines a number of physical symptoms which can only be described as uncomfortable including shortness of breath, increased heart rate, dizziness and lightheadedness. However, if you have suffered from panic attacks and are reading this then you already know that. The question I want to ask is if you haven't sought help: Why?
Personal Experience With Mild Panic Attack
As a professional broadcaster I went through a short period in my life more than a decade ago where I experienced my first panic attack. Let me tell you, it was scary! It occurred during my description of a live sporting event during a stage where I was recovering from the flu. The symptoms I went through at the time were like nothing I had experienced before, exactly the same symptoms as I described above. Having an attack in the confines of your own home is one thing; having one in front of a microphone is another!
The good news is that I was able to bluff my way through it... but only just. It occurred during a stage where a break period was coming up and I was able to gather my composure and resume my commentary when I was required back on air. My thoughts at the time were... "what in the world was that?" I did what a lot of first time panic attack sufferers do; I dismissed it! I put it down to the fact that it was a spin-off from the flu I had just had.
Weeks passed and any memory of that episode soon disappeared. That is, until it happened again. Same symptoms but different scenario. This time I decided it was time to visit my doctor and seek some panic attack help. He wasn't at all concerned in fact, after a good chat he was able to identify a couple of areas and recent events in my life and suggested I change a few things. I haven't seen an episode since.
Implement A Good Management Program Through Panic Attack Help
Okay, I only experienced attacks twice in my life but as far as I'm concerned, it was two times too many. The message I want to convey is don't simply withdraw into your shell and accept there is something seriously wrong with you. Make an appointment and seek advice. There are things you can do to manage panic attack in your life. Too many times people withdraw unnecessarily after several episodes. They may feel frightened to be left alone or at the other end of the scale, they may be hesitant to venture into public places.
Panic attack help is only a phone call away. Your health physician will discuss the situation with you and identify possible causes. A management program could be implemented or in more serious cases, medication might be an option. It's up to you to make the first move.
