If you are familiar with the law of attraction you will have learnt that the process of conscious attraction includes deciding what you want, asking for it, believing it is possible and receiving it. For successful manifestation, it is important to strengthen your belief in your ability to attract whatever it is you're asking for, because the stronger your belief is, the more quickly and easily your desires will manifest. However, for many people, at some point on their journey fear interferes with the process.



Fear leads to people attracting what they dread, rather than what they desire. It has many forms of expression -worry, anxiety, anger, jealousy, timidity, and is the greatest undermining force when people are wishing to manifest their dreams. It results in people feeling powerless. It paralyses thinking processes, blocks spontaneity, undermines enthusiasm and self-confidence. It leads to feelings of unhappiness, to inefficiency, to people avoiding taking chances and even to giving up completely on their dreams.

The antidote to fear is faith. Those who are fearful are always lacking in faith. Developing faith and belief in yourself comes through practice. The more you practise, the stronger your belief gets. The more you believe in something, the more believable it becomes.

So, if you are experiencing any form of fear, then you practise creating a more positive attitude, one thought at a time. Remind yourself you are able to choose your thoughts. You are choosing. You are creating your reality by the thoughts that you choose. At any moment, you can choose different thoughts. Yes, you can. If you believe you can.

If you choose to believe that you are weak or powerless or get overwhelmed by negative feelings and emotions, then that becomes your reality. The law of attraction, always responds to your vibration, and so the more you focus on fear, the more fearful you will become.

Instead, you can choose a different experience, once you own what you are currently creating and decide to change it. Tell yourself. "I now choose to think....." ,"I now choose to feel......" ," I now choose to believe......." The more you focus on believing that your goal is on its way, that you are attracting it, that you are successful, then the more confident you become and the stronger your belief in your success becomes.

The key to success is maintaining a positive focus. Worry or fear of any kind disrupts mental concentration and destroys creative ability. When you are vibrating with conflicting emotions, efficiency is impossible.

A person's sense of fear is always in proportion to their sense of weakness or inability. As a person's experience of becoming stronger and more able increases, then their fear decreases.

You are what you think you are. If you think you are small and weak and unable to attract great things, then so it is. If you are becoming more confident, more positive and are noticing and appreciating any signs of success, however small they may seem, then your belief in your ability to manifest grows accordingly.

One way to increase this positivity and belief is to remember and reappraise some of the things you have done in the past. It is very easy once you have achieved something to forget about or belittle the importance of it. The more you pay attention to any successes you have had in the past, however small you may have come to see or think them, the more you will increase your self belief and your faith in the manifesting process. The more you do appreciate what you have already done and achieved, the easier it is for you to have faith in what you wish to achieve now.

Remember, you are a powerful manifestor, a powerful creator, and the power of your manifestation, your creation, lies within you. How you use this power is your choice. When you take full responsibility for this choice, then you are empowered and your faith in your ability to manifest your heart's desires increases. And as it increases, so you see evidence of your power, and your faith increases even more.

You then no longer need to see evidence of your progress: your faith in the process becomes so strong that you absolutely know that your success is on its way. Without needing to know exactly how and when, you have absolute faith that it is manifesting. And the law of attraction delivers.
