Grapefruit is also full of fiber which takes allot of calories just to digest. This means that your body uses more energy to process your breakfast grapefruit than the calories in the grapefruit

Other foods that are considered to be negative calorie foods including celery, lettuce, and other fruits and vegetables. It's important however that you not eat exclusively these foods as that would deprive your body of the selection of vitamins and minerals it needs to remain healthy.
