In order for you to be successful at your home business you should give your team members the tools they will need. One of the most important things to some one that is new to your team is knowing you will be there to help them when they need it. They may call you with a Problem as small as where a certain key is on their keyboard.



If they can call you with such a small issue it will install a lot of confidence in them. A lot of people starting a home based business today are doing it for the first time. Some of them won't know anything about how to market a home business.

Some of them may barely know how to run a computer. Spending extra time with your new people may pay off big in the long run. Spend time with all your team members but some will need more time than others.

Try not to give your people a sense that their problems are too small for you to deal with. That person that needed your help the most could be the one that ends up the most motivated. If you do these things regularly you will have the reputation as some one that is willing to help and point people in the right direction.

The people that you help will be passing this on to their prospects also. They are going to tell them that we have a great team leader that will help us with any problem we encounter.

And that if I can't help you Then our team leader will. When people start to find out that they have that kind of support behind them they will start to flock to your business. Even though we are involved with an online business the human touch is still very important.

Especially to brand new people. Think about when you first started only knowing that you that you wanted to start a home based business. Not knowing how you were going to succeed.

For all of you that have a good team leader you are very lucky. My hat is off to those of you that did not and had to learn it on your own. You were driven to succeed even without help.

So give your people the help they need to succeed. They won't get frustrated to soon and do better in the long run!
