First off you should know that there is a fine line between a bubble and a real estate boom. There are no set rules to clearly tell what a good market is and most of it is prediction and speculation by experts. These experts can give conflicting predictions; one might say that its a good time to buy while others might say you should wait. So do your research and dont trust just one source. Keep your money in your home by remodeling a kitchen or bathroom. If you must buy then look for something with great resale value so you will break even if the market takes a turn.
