1 Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower, initially named tower 300 meters, is an iron tower built by Gustave Eiffel and his staff for the Universal Exhibition of Paris of 1889. Situated at the end of the Champ de Mars beside the Seine, this Parisian monument, symbol of France and its capital was the ninth most visited site in the country in 2006

2 Louvre Museum

The Louvre is the largest museum in Paris and one of the largest in the world. Located in the heart of Paris, between the right bank of the Seine and the rue de Rivoli in the first arrondissement, the building is a former royal palace, the Palais du Louvre. The equestrian statue of Louis XIV constitutes the starting point of the historic axis, but the palace is not aligned on this axis. The Louvre has an extended history of conservation and art history of France from the Capetian kings to this day.

3 Centre Pompidou

The National Center for Art and Culture Georges Pompidou, more regularly known as the Center Georges Pompidou Center Pompidou Center or Beaubourg, is a poly-cultural situated in the Beaubourg district, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, between the district Halles and the Marais.

The Center, which welcomes the public since 1977, was born of the will of Georges Pompidou, then President of the French Republic, to create the heart of Paris an original cultural institution dedicated to creating modern and contemporary art where plastic with books, design, music, cinema.

4- Musee d'Orsay

The Mus'e d'Orsay is a national museum located in Paris, on the left bank of the Seine, in the seventh arrondissement. The collections of the Mus'e d'Orsay present painting and sculpture from 1848 West to 1914, but also the decorative arts, photography and architecture. You can see masterpieces like Manet's Olympia, the Little Dancer aged fourteen years Degas, L'Origine du monde de Courbet, painting impressionist.

5- Arc de Triomphe

L'arc de Triomphe often simply called the Arc de Triomphe, is placed in Paris at the Place de l'?toile, at the west end of Avenue des Champs-Elys'es 4 miles from Place de la Concorde.

6- The Conciergerie is a former remnant of the Palais de la Cit?, which stretched on the site covering the current Courthouse Paris. On average, some 800 000 visitors from 46 different nationalities each year visit the Gothic monument.

7- Place de l'Etoile

Place Charles de Gaulle, formerly the Place de l'Etoile, is a square in Paris, at the limit of several districts. Still known by its old name, it officially became the place Charles de Gaulle after the death of Charles de Gaulle, 13 November 1970. At the center of the square lies the Arc de Triomphe.

8- Notre Dame Cathedral

This is one of the major achievements of Gothic art in France, both for its architecture as for its statuary which no less than 2303 statues. It is registered as such in the UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1991. Devoted to the Virgin Mary, the cathedral was completed in the fourteenth century when enlarged to accommodate those attending the royal coronations.

9- P're Lachaise Cemetery

P're-Lachaise is the largest cemetery in central Paris and one of the most famous in the world. it is reputed to be the world's most-visited cemetery, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors annually to the graves of those who have enhanced French life over the past 200 years. It is also the site of three World War I memorials

10- Sainte-Chapelle

La Sainte-Chapelle is a chapel which was built on the ?le de la Cit?, in Paris, at the request of St. Louis to house the Holy Crown, a piece of the Holy Cross and various other relics of the Passion he had acquired.
