7.Backache - This is due to the extra stress on your spine because of the growing baby.

8.Frequent Urination- The desire to urinate again and again is due to the hormonal changes or it could be due to the increase in the pressure on the bladder.

9.Spotting- Some of the pregnant women may experience spotting near the time when their menses should have occurred. This happens when the egg implants in the uterine wall. This spotting is caused when the fertilized egg implants in your uterus and is usually very light.

10.Missing period- This is the clearest sign for you being pregnant, but a missed period can also be caused by a large change in diet, exercise or stress level.
