Your key to manifesting your desires in your life is learning how to effectively connect to and harness this power. Whether you personally believe this or not is irrelevant.
In fact, when I first learned of these principles I thought they seemed like a bunch of wacky 'new age' mumbo jumbo. But in my research, what I discovered was that these principles are not new at all.
In fact, they have been successfully used throughout human history, and are alluded to in the texts of virtually every world religion, as well as in the writings of our greatest secular philosophers.
What mattered to me, really, was not who believed in the truth and effectiveness of these principles, or how strange they seemed, or even if I felt silly applying them. What mattered to me was simply this:
DO THEY WORK?
The search for the answer to that question was what began my "journey", and I can say now with 100% certainty that these principles do in fact work, and they work for everyone, 100% of the time, WITHOUT FAIL.
Regardless of where you are starting from, or what your background or belief system, you will find that when you learn to effectively apply these principles to your everyday life real change will occur, and they will occur at a breathtaking speed.
"Within each life lies the cause of whatever enters it."
- F.W. Sears, How to Attract Success, 1914
Thoughts are energy. Each thought that you have has a direct effect on your physical reality. You may find this concept hard to accept at first, especially if it is new to you.
Most of us go through our lives feeling as if we are at the mercy of external events - we believe that things 'happen to us.' We find ourselves in situations not of our own choosing, people treat us unfairly, or life itself treats us unfairly.
But what I have come to believe, to know really, is that things don't just happen to us. Virtually every event and every aspect of our lives, whether we consider it good or bad, is exactly what we have requested the Universe to bring into our lives.
What 'happens' to us is the direct result of and the manifestation of what we focus on.
The Law of Attraction is perhaps one of the most difficult life principles to accept, because by doing so you are accepting that you are truly in control of your life - that where you are right now, your life experience, is the direct result of your own thoughts and actions.
You are accepting full responsibility for your life. It's not our parents' fault, it's not "luck" and it's not "fate." We each make a choice at every moment of every day what we will attract or allow into our lives.
Where you are right now is not necessarily good or bad - it just is. The Universe doesn't have an opinion on what you choose to draw into your life. It simply delivers to you what you consciously or unconsciously choose.
"Spirit is substance which forms itself according to your demands, and must have a pattern from which to work. A pan of dough is as willing to be formed into bread as biscuit. It makes little difference to Spirit what we demand.
- Frances Larimer Warner,
Our Invisible Supply: Part One, 1907
When I first discovered how to effectively apply these principles, I decided to do a little experiment. It was this experiment that convinced me of the AWESOME POWER of these principles..
I had made some poor financial decisions, and my attitude was one where I was focused almost completely on the 'lack' in my life. For example, when someone would ask me what I was up to with my work lately, I would reply with something like, "Oh, things aren't going very well right now," or "It's been like Murphy's Law lately."
I would look at my pile of bills, my list of debts, and think to myself, or even say to friends something like, "I can't pay this or that bill," or "There's no way out," or "I'm just unlucky."
What I was really doing without realizing it, by focusing on what I did not want, by focusing on what I was lacking, was perpetuating the situation and continually attracting those things that I did not want into my life. So, I decided to try a little experiment based upon some things I had been reading about the Universal Law of Attraction.
I made a list of all of my upcoming bills and expenses that I felt I was in danger of having trouble meeting. When all was said and done, I came to the conclusion that I really needed at least $13,000 to get myself back to a place where I could see light at the end of the tunnel again.
I then began applying the principles to my situation. The first thing I did, was to write down the following on a notepad and set it aside:
"I am grateful for all that I have and all that I am. I desire to have at least $13,000 to come into my life. What I desire is already on its way."
And that's how my journey started. By effectively applying the principles I had learned, within 5 weeks I had a series of 'windfalls' totalling over $15,000. And that was just the beginning...

Worry is another form of negative emotion. It causes your mind tied up with the picture of negative events you are afraid to happen. Basically, it is another form of visualization. Make sure that you think through the process thoroughly. It is important that you do this step well so that you can progress to the next step
3.Decide to accept the situation should the worst occurs
Whatever will happen, you need to take the responsibility anyway since it is your life. And you will have to live with it. Therefore, when you know what can be the worst possible outcome. When you make decision, the worry will start to fade away.
4.Take actions to improve the situation
The purpose for this action taking is to minimize the possible losses from the problem. Starting from the worst scenario, analyze what you can do to lessen the worst. Write down your plan and time frame. Take your best effort to follow your plan. When you have your detailed plan, you will be relieved from worrying. You know what to do and your mind will not focus only on problems but now on the solution.
5.Visualize that the problem is successfully solved by your actions
Make visualization on the situation that everything has been solved by your continuous efforts. You feel free and feel sense of relief. You have no worry now and are heading toward your goals.
