I live in Karachi off course my point is to notify the mismanagement and un honesty of the employees of Pakistan Tele Communication, from top to bottom. I am writing this article to notify those who are on the top levels, and the bottom specially Customer Care Employees are not honest with there job. There replies mean to us, but there harsh replies for customer is creating frustration and anger for the entire institution.
I am working in a organization where I deal with customers, The organization policy is very strong and every step there is a check n balance. We listen to customers, understand, and reply politely to low down there anger, to win there hearts, assurance of satisfaction and care we provide.
In PTCL nobody haven't shows this kind of thoughts for anyone. Even my colleague is also facing a trouble in his landline connection, but no response from the linemen or customer centers. I find that peoples like Customer Center Divisional Engineer Mumtaz Sheikh isolated them salves from customer & there complaints.
Every time assistant respond and safe the head of department to communicate directly with the clients. Pakistan Tele Communication is not providing a free service, every subscriber is paying monthly fee with all taxes. That generates revenue to pay the expenditure and salaries of the employees.
Unofficially way is better then the right! I guess if you pay a handsome amount as a pocket money to linemen then your issue will resolve in a day or in hours. If you go with the standard way then you also face the difficulties like I have faced, Cable has been installed, but waiting for the connection to be activate, for this reason I have submitted a complain to the Divisional Engineer and also faxed the received copy to the General Manager Pakistan Tele Communication Ltd. Reminder also sent to him via fax.
The theme I want to share with the public, local and government officials, that why this kind of issue occurs, peoples are still un faithful. They majority belongs to fundamentalist ? and may be they are enjoying working in the organization as a free person's no work load, no task to do.

Go CDMA, Mobillink, Warid, Telenor they have provided a recorded connections and there facilitation for the customer is increasing day by day.
This is what we aspect from the Pakistan Tele Communication to create a standard, and facilitate the users, not to bother, check n balance at all levels to stand with the multinational companies.
