There are weight loss equipment, the perfect make-up or those pills, creams and ointments to turn any ugly duckling into a beautiful swan. Companies market things like pills to make eyesight perfect on the hope that someone out there does not want to be stuck wearing glasses or contact lenses and most certainly does not want to risk laser surgery.

There is no governing council that regulates these exercises and even the ophthalmologist on the commercial might not be entirely sure of the results of a set of exercises. The good doctor might also not fully advocate the use of herbal remedies to build that perfect vision. The Food and Drug Administration cannot attest to the validity of these herbal pills. The FDA does not maintain that these herbal prescriptions have any effect on eye health.

He or she can help you make a determination based on the uniqueness of personal care history. The doctor can tell whether or not an herbal supplement or eye sit ups can really result in no more glasses or contacts. One thing that can be guaranteed is that without regular visits to an eye care professional, your eyesight can be endangered. Maybe a pill a day might one day keep the eye doctor away but for now go ahead and make that appointment.
