Unless you’ve come directly from a monastery and had an arranged wedding a few weeks ago, you probably already know that women love receiving gifts. While the occasional woman might prefer watches, it’s still too utilitarian. Your spouse will usually fake appreciation, but unless she really wants that particular piece, she’s mentally counting how much money you’ve wasted, and what a fool you are.
