There are also professionals who can help you with this at a price. This depends on your budget and how much you want to be involved and how much you want to learn. As with anything new there is a learning curve to this and if you want more guaranteed results you may want to use a professional. Try to get someone you can trust. Perhaps you have a friend who has been doing internet marketing for awhile and who can direct you to someone you can trust.
